Every order has its own card: items with pricing, the date and time of collection, the sales channel, the customer and the person collecting. Plus inspiration photos, attached files, notes from the conversation and the payment history.

The customer remembers the collection on their own
No more calls asking "is my cake ready?" and no more orders nobody came for. The app watches the dates for you.
Text messages go out automatically, following rules set in the panel: the day before collection, once a payment is booked, or when the order is ready. The message body is a template into which the app substitutes the order data.

The panel has always worked on a phone, but in a studio with your hands in buttercream you need something simpler. That is why caker.app is getting its own mobile app.
The app shows the plan for the day, order cards and payments, takes photos straight from the camera and announces new orders with a push notification. It is the same set of data as in the panel - without signing into a browser every time.

A page with an order form on your own domain
A website for customers can be added to the app - with your offer, prices and a form from which the order goes straight into the panel.
The site runs under your own address (e.g. your-studio.com), not in a subdirectory of ours. The customer picks a date from the available days, gives the details and sees an initial quote right away. The order lands in the calendar as an enquiry to confirm - nothing gets lost in the mailbox or in Instagram messages.

Amounts are net prices for a month of using the app. You can change the package at any time, in both directions - your data stays where it is. The mobile app and a website with an order form on your own domain are quoted separately.

Can I test the app before deciding?
Yes. We set up an account with a trial period and load sample data so you can click through it like the real thing. We do not ask for card details before you decide.
Do I have to install anything?
No. caker.app runs in the browser on a computer, tablet and phone - Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS. On top of that comes the dedicated mobile app, which you install optionally.
How much does adding an employee cost?
Nothing. The number of users is unlimited in every package - you pay for the scope of features, not for seats. Everyone has their own account and sees only what they are allowed to.
What if after a month I need more?
The package changes at any moment, in both directions. The data stays where it is - only the set of active modules changes.
Will you migrate my existing data?
Yes. We load customer records and accepted orders from a spreadsheet or from an export out of your previous system. The scope of the migration is agreed before the start.
I run a catering business, not a cake studio. Does this make sense?
It does, if you work to order and to deadlines. The app also handles events, courses and dessert tables, and product records, costing and HACCP reports work the same way in any food production.
