Orders, calendar and customers
The core of the app - what the panel is opened for most often.
Calendar and workload
Day, week and month view, collection hours, days off and blocked days. You can see when the studio is full.
Orders and reservations
An order card with items, pricing, discount, notes, photos and attachments. Statuses: enquiry, confirmed, completed, cancelled.
Events and dessert tables
Weddings and events with a list of elements, candy bar variants, set-up times and separate settlement for each element.
Courses and workshops
Dates, seat limits, participant lists, payments and attendance. Sign-ups can come in from the page for customers.
Customer records
Contact details, order history, participation in events and courses, payment balance and documents pinned to the customer.
Collection codes
Every order has a code it is released against on site. Collection by a third person stops being a problem.

Documents, payments and settlements
The quote, the contract and the invoice are built from the order data. You do not retype them and you do not hunt for the latest version.
The document module has its own layouts with a header, a footer and fields filled in from the system. You send the quote as a PDF, the reservation contract is signed with the order, and issued invoices go to KSeF.

Production, purchasing and reports
The part that usually eats up the evenings: calculations, supplies and paperwork for inspections.
Product and bake records
Ingredients, weights, allergens, nutritional values and baking time. You print ingredient labels from the app.
FoodCost and costing
The cost per portion calculated from ingredients and purchase prices, with a history of price changes. You can see where you actually earn.
Shopping lists and suppliers
Requirements worked out from the orders you accepted, prices at individual suppliers and the cost of purchase invoices.
HACCP reports
Hygiene plan, fridge temperatures, flour sifting, egg irradiation, delivery control and quarterly reviews.
Sales statistics
Revenue, the most frequently ordered items, how booked the dates are, supplier costs and period comparisons.
Staff and permissions
Team accounts, roles and the scope of access to modules, plus a change log - you can see who corrected what and when.
Mobile app and notifications
The panel in the studio, the app in your pocket, an SMS at the customer. The same set of data in three places.
The dedicated mobile app shows the plan for the day, order cards and payments, takes photos from the camera and announces new enquiries with a push notification. Notifications for customers go out by SMS and e-mail, following rules set in the panel.

Website and order form on your own domain
An option for studios that do not have a site yet, or have one you cannot order from.
The site runs under your own address and is connected to the app: enquiries from the form land in the calendar, and the available dates follow from the orders you accepted. Content, the offer and the gallery are edited from the same panel.
